  Instructions if your account has been inactive for 13 or more months:
     You may have received an official notification that your User Name was flagged as being inactive for 13 or more months.
    Within seven days of receiving the email notification, please change your password to comply with the new log-in system password standards (see below). You may be prompted if your password does not meet the Department’s password standards. If your password is not updated in time, your access will be removed, but you may begin the process of re-establishing your account by sending an email with your first and last names, user id, and phone number to webappsloginassistance@dese.mo.gov. The Web Apps Login Assistance Team will then ask you a few questions about your account in order to verify your identification and to protect your web applications account information.
    If you no longer need the account, please disregard the email and your account will be removed from the system.

  Passwords shall contain characters from at least three of the following four categories:
    1)   English Uppercase Alphabetic (A - Z)
    2)   English Lowercase Alphabetic (a - z)
    3)   Numeric Base Digit (0 – 9)
    4)   Special Characters (e.g., exclamation point [!], dollar sign [$], pound sign [#], percent sign [%], asterisk [*], equal sign [=], colon [:] and period [.])
